AMERICAN BRILLIANT CUT GLASS ABP FOOTED BOWL COMPOTE. VERY FINE WITH SHARP DEEP CUTS & SAW TOOTH RIM. NOTCHED OR ZIPPER CUTS ON STEM. VERY HEAVY, WEIGHS 6 LBS 14 OZ. 8 1/2" high x 8 1/2" wide opening across the top.

Very light scratch on bottom of bowl, small chip to inside below rim (see last pic). If you see ABP that doesn't have a light scratch. Or small chip it would be rare, given its age.
