Since this original movie poster is Flat, it has no cross folds or separations in the paper/poster at the cross folds as sometimes occurs with Folded posters. Nor does this poster have the wear and the curling of the poster's edges that sometimes accompanies Rolled movie posters. This version of the original poster is sometimes referred to as the advance comic teaser, and you can see why.

In addition, Belgian original movie posters have recently gained respect and value due to their excellent artwork and stunning beauty. Sometimes a re-release is an exact copy of the original release, sometimes not. In the case of the Belgian 1983 original CREEPSHOW movie poster, it is true to the 1982 U.

Version, except that it is a tad smaller than the U. Poster's size which measures 27" x 41" (called a One Sheet). And the fact that it was directed by a collaboration of George Romero and Stephen King can only add to the value of the poster, at least to hold its value if not to create some investment value.
