Neverthe less, this is a fine violin, built on the Maggini model, and finelycarved. Needs no work that I can see, apart from a setup. Top is Fine even grain spruce, in very good condition.

There is a wing break on the lower Left F hole, you can see inthe pictures. No other cracks or damages, though has scratches and dings. Top is finely carved with good graduation. Double row of Purfling in the Maggini style, superblyinlaide.

The back, is 2 piece Higly flamed maple, a fine choice of wood, ascending to the middle Joint. Back is in very good condition and varnish is good original condition. Has the normal scratches and dings, which one must expect.

Doublerow of Purfling finely inlaide, culminating in fine bee stings. Scroll is superbly carved with a good deep throat, with an extraturn. Pegs fit and work fine. Neck is slim and fast. This is a fine Violin well carved with fine workmanship.
