Here is a Very Fine Vintage French Crystal, 10 Brass Empire Bag Chandelier. This is a really beautiful vintage crystal light and quite a rare find being. In such good condition and with no crystals missing. All of the crystals are present and have been carefully washed to reveal their original sparkling lustre and they are in fabulous condition for a vintage light and I can notice just the tiniest of nibbles on a couple of the oblong crystals but this can only be seen on very close observation. The fitting is crowned with a lovely cut glass bobcheche, which is in pristine condition, as is the fine cut glass base crystal.

The delicate filigree brass frame is in very good condition and the brass, while lacquered, has mellowed beautifully and the few lightly tarnished. Areas just add to the feel of this gorgeous old chandelier. The chandelier has been rewired and tested and is in perfect working order. It comes complete with original brass ceiling rose. And a good length of chain.
