Century finger ring: The band and bezel are constructed from fine silver plait work with silver gilt pellets, roundels and filigree: The bezel is elevated 6 mm above the finger and is set with a large sapphire cabochon, which details inner asterism: The sapphire measures 13 mm x 9 mm approx. 3.8 carats and has an apex height of 4 mm: The sapphire has a deep night sky blue tone and the inner asterism is seen in multiple lighter rays.
