Here is a very old and well-made, charming full-size violin likely from the late 1700s to early 1800s. The LOB is 13 7/8 making it very comfortable to play. Ive been told the violin could be an old Dutch instrument, otherwise the origin is unknown, but seems to be something quite rare and special. It is labeled Gagliano and seems to be modeled on Gagliano. There are a number of old repairs that are all solid. The violin has a very refined, open, and responsive rich tone.
